Operation of forklift, furnaces, and mixers Manually Stacking finished products Band/package & weigh/mark material for shipment.
Fill molds, ensuring the utmost quality Cleaning molds This is not a pick and pack warehouse.
What We Are Looking For We are seeking candidates who are quality focused, friendly, team players, and quick learners.
This position consists of manual and physical labor in a supervised environment to meet the production demands of the company.
To be successful in this role you are:
Availability to work your assigned shift Follow Safety Guidelines Forklift License (can be earned while training) Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task with few errors.
Ability to apply problem-solving and common sense to various situations.
Detail-oriented Ability to manage multiple priorities Continue to process ways of improvement THIS POSITION REQUIRES THE ABILITY TO LIFT AND/OR MOVE 50 POUNDS, REGULARLY EXPOSED TO OUTSIDE WEATHER CONDITIONS AND EXTREME HEAT AND VIBRATION.
