Duties/
Responsibilities:
Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
Answers and directs departmental phone calls.
Receives and distributes office mail.
Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Provides clerical support to the HR department and its fast-paced environment.
Assist with payroll functions including processing, answering employee questions, fixing processing errors, and distributing checks.
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews Conducts or assists with new hire orientation.
Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and retirement celebrations.
Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
Proficient in Excel and Nuance PDF Create spreadsheets to track and report trends regarding training, safety, attendance etc.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Prior related office experience is a must.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
